Window Chuck is made for double-hung windows where both sashes move (top sash slides down, bottom sash slides up). Once installed, it locks the top sash in place, so you can still open the window using the bottom sash for ventilation.
The chuck mounts to the window frame using two screws:
- One screw goes in at a 45° angle to pull the sash tight and keep it seated.
- The second screw goes straight into the frame for added hold.
