Airbox for Suzuki Madura GV700 / GV1200

This is a redesigned airbox made specifically for the Suzuki Madura GV700 and GV1200. It replicates the original mounting geometry but introduces a major upgrade: a split-body design that allows the airbox to be separated into two halves.

If you’ve ever worked on a Madura, you know how difficult it is to install or remove the factory airbox due to the tight space around the engine. This redesign solves that problem by making the unit easier to maneuver during service, saving time and frustration.

This new design can be sealed at the split using a liquid gasket compound (such as Permatex Ultra Black or equivalent) to ensure a proper seal. While not designed for frequent disassembly, the airbox can be opened again if necessary by thoroughly cleaning the mating surfaces and reapplying sealant.

Important notes regarding installation:

• The factory rubber grommets are required for mounting and are not included with this item. These typically come installed on your OEM airbox.

• The kit includes screws that are specifically for holding the two halves of the redesigned airbox together.

• All other mounting hardware should be reused from your existing setup.
